Our 5star golf resort is seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in culinary arts and be able to work collaboratively with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and adherence to health and safety standards
Train and develop the culinary team, fostering a positive and productive work environment Assist in the creation of new menus and specials
Manage food costs and inventory Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
