ROLE’S MAIN RESPONASABILITIES
* Supporting the team in all operational activities
* Dealing with shipping crews to prepare, complete and submit documents for the Harbour master.
* Dealing with the operation team and the crew to provide the best services in Sicily according to each individual request
* Preparing Disbursements Accounts
* Booking activities
* Events planning
* Working to coordinate the itinerary and activities, ensuring their success success development
REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent communication skills
* Resultsoriented goals
* Great passion for yacht and luxury management
* Flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, problem solving skills
* Highlevel understang of the shipping world and yachting management
* Excellent knowledge in the use of main IT tools
* Previous experience in the shipping world is an advantage
