Our 5star golf resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maître d’hôtel to join our dynamic team. As the Maître d’hôtel, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining service, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including reservations, seating, and guest service Oversee a team of servers, bussers, and hosts
Train and develop staff to provide exceptional service Create and maintain a welcoming and elegant dining atmosphere
Resolve guest complaints and ensure their satisfaction Work closely with the kitchen to coordinate service and ensure food quality

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maître d’hôtel or in a similar role in a fine dining establishment Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service
Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Fluency in at least two languages (please specify preferred languages)Benefits Seasonal contract according to Italian law “C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo Federalberghi.”
