YOUR ROLE
In our team we work on the development of new high-performance cutting-edge technologies for Energy Management Systems, such as:
* battery management systems inside industrial and automotive perimeters;
* algorithms to enhance battery experience progressing towards carbon neutrality;
* electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) for battery diagnostics;
* alternative chemistry batteries;
* energy storage systems;
Your role will be to work on innovative Battery Management System applications, touching many exciting products and technologies, developing and validating hardware platforms, and developing embedded firmware and algorithms.
An internship in System Development and on Energy Management System is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, develop key skills, and build a professional network. It provides a solid foundation for a career in application development and can open doors to future employment opportunities.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Electronic engineering background;
* Good knowledge of electronic components behavior, analog electronics, and embedded systems; experience in power electronics is a plus;
* Good knowledge of CC++ language and firmware development for embedded applications running on microcontrollers, especially ST;
* Good knowledge of microcontroller architectures and their main communication interfaces and peripherals: SPI, I2C, CAN, TIMERS, ADC, USART;
* Knowledge of either Eclipse IDE or any embedded software development toolchain;
* Good knowledge in developing algorithms and performing data processing;
* Good knowledge with data analysis tools and the ability to design and implement efficient algorithms; experience with MATLAB is a plus;
* Basic knowledge of software versioning (git or SVN) is a plus;
* Familiarity with schematic and layout understanding;
* Fundamentals of electronic measurements and laboratory instrumentation (multimeters, oscilloscopes, waveform generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.);
* Willingness to study and learn new skills;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies;
* Positive attitude and proactive mindset towards challenging situations;
