Your Role: International Shipping Specialist
As part of our Shipping Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products are delivered efficiently to customers worldwide.
As an International Shipping Specialist, your mission will be to oversee a smooth logistics process while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

What you’ll do:

* Plan shipments and determine the most effective transportation methods.
* Handle and verify all required documentation, including customs procedures.
* Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners.
* Monitor shipments and swiftly address any issues that may arise.
* Ensure compliance with customs and importexport regulations while optimizing processes to save time and reduce costs.

What we’re looking for:

* A minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, with a strong focus on international shipping.
* Extensive knowledge of Incoterms and HS Codes.
* Proficiency in logistics management software.
* Excellent command of English (knowledge of additional languages, such as Chinese, is a plus).
* You’re an organized, flexible individual with great attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and strong problemsolving abilities.
