Our 5star golf resort is seeking a dedicated and organized Guest Relations Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our resort.
Main duties & responsibilities:
* Establish a relationship with the guest prior arrival through prestay letters, during stay, upon departure and after departure
* Be informed in advance of all details and requirements pertaining to arrival guests, with particular focus on VIP guests
* Together with the Front Office team be the main point of contact for guests, providing assistance and help throughout their stay.
* Assist with all Front Office operations (check in – check out – escorting – cashier operations) according to company policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct;
* Able to provide informationreservations about our experiences, etc;
* Assist the front Office Manager to handle and resolve guest complaints
* Assist with the coordination of Porters, Drivers and Security Staff according to Guest needs and company procedures;
* Assist with the process of the opening operations of the day of the hotel;
* Assist with the supervision of the closure of all the outlets (restaurants, bars, spa, boutiques, etc.);
* Assist with the process of the daily reports to the administration and other main departments of the hotel;
* Assist our Guests with all the room service requests with the cooperation of barrestaurants staff, and porters and security staff, when available.
Requirements
* Fluent in Italian English. French or a third language is a plus
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
* Good knowledge of the Region and products;
* Confident with software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
