As a Guest Relations Agent, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and wellbeing of our guests throughout their stay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Guest Engagement: Provide a warm and welcoming environment, anticipating and addressing guests’ needs to enhance their overall experience.
* Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any concerns or special requests.
* Personalized Service: Deliver personalized services, such as assisting with reservations, providing local recommendations, and ensuring special occasions are celebrated with a personal touch.
* Issue Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Requirements
* Hospitality Experience: Proven experience in a hospitality or guestfacing role, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional guest service.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian, with an ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.
* ProblemSolving: Ability to address and resolve guest issues with tact and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities.
* Empathy: Display genuine empathy and attentiveness to guests’ needs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
* Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
