About the role

Reporting into the Head Concierge you will be responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest needs and requests adding your personal recommendations and touches to ensure that our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence. You will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, inhouse events, directions, etc.

What you will do

* Manage guest inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital Four Seasons Platforms to ensure personalized service and seamless experience.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for guests using the resort’s app, including providing real time assistance with bookings, recommendations, and updates.
* Ensure accurate logging of guest requests in the resort’s digital systems.
* Communicate with vendors and partners following established guidelines and procedures to ensure seamless coordination of arrangements.
* Handle emails and chat messages with a strategic approach, ensuring all correspondence is organized, tracked and documented at all times .
* Work closely with onsite concierge agents to transition inperson requests or followup tasks seamlessly.

What you bring

* Exceptional communication skills, along with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
* Excellent Italian and English communications skills (verbal and written).
* Knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
* Six to twelve months of Concierge or Reservations experience is required. Previous experience in luxury hotels would represent an asset.

Schedule & Hours:

* This is a fulltime position
* The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.

This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
