Job Description:

Our luxurious 5star golf resort is seeking a passionate and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to oversee our breakfast service. As the Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a delightful and memorable breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the breakfast service, including setup, service, and cleaning Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Manage and train breakfast staff Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Develop and implement breakfast menus and specials Manage food and beverage costs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Passion for food and beverage Fluent in at least two foreign languages
