Our 5star golf resort is seeking a dedicated and organized Booking Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our resort.

Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking systems
* Provide detailed information about the resort, golf course, and local attractions
* Process payments and confirm reservations
* Maintain accurate records of all reservations and guest information
* Assist with guest inquiries and special requests
* Work closely with the front office team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Proficiency in a property management system
* Fluency in multiple languages
* Knowledge of the golf industry is a plus
