Job Description:

Our luxurious 5star golf resort is seeking a passionate and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to oversee our breakfast service. As the Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a delightful and memorable breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations of the breakfast service, including setup, service, and cleaning
* Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
* Manage and train breakfast staff
* Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
* Develop and implement breakfast menus and specials
* Manage food and beverage costs

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Passion for food and beverage
* Fluent in at least two foreign languages
