Job Description:

Our luxurious 5star golf resort with an international brand is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our worldclass wellness facility. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
* Develop and implement spa treatment menus and packages
* Train and mentor spa therapists
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Drive spa revenue through effective marketing and sales strategies
* Maintain strong relationships with guests and team members

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role
* Deep knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage and motivate a team
* Strong business acumen and financial management skills
* Certification in spa therapies is preferred
